The Screening Representative/Team is responsible for contacting customers who have lapsed policies in the attempt to gain back their business.

Essential Job Functions

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers for recovery and retention of business

  • Provide quotations, pricing to prospective customers

  • Follow up on quotations to prospective customers to answer questions and provide an opportunity to complete renewal application

  • Respond to all inquiries and complaints

  • Receive/process customer payments

  • Other duties, as assigned

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year Sales/Customer Service experience

  • Strong customer service skills with solid customer focus mentality

  • Exhibit professionalism as a face/voice of the business

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule to include early morning, evenings and Saturdays

  • Driven by exceeding goals

  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
